Introverts are commonly thought to be people who don’t enjoy social situations, people who would rather be alone. This is not actually what it means to be introverted. Some believe that introverted people would welcome having to isolate or quarantine, and would enjoy the other constraints of the pandemic, because it allowed them isolation.
Extroverted people gain energy from being in social situations. The pandemic altered the social interactions and closeness that we have with individual people. This course looks at the short- and long-term impacts of an altered social situation due to public health concerns through a series of four courses.
As humans, we are all biased. As humans, we function at varying states depending on how we feel, and our external environment. Unfortunately, polarization is prominent in many topics and perspectives. Children are impacted by polarization; this series offers four courses that explores this.
